My daughter went to Kayla for a “locks of love” donation, and I expected a quick cut and send off. Maybe even resenting cutting her crazy-long hair??? NOT KAYLA! She took her time layering, conditioning and treating my daughter like a princess. Just what she needed before going off to college! I went back for a cut recently and she was just as attentive.
